About me

Anna Laura Selmeci, JD
Founder & Digital Legacy Specialist
My work is centered on the intersection of data privacy and the evolving legal landscape of digital legacy. After completing my law degree, I chose to further my expertise by specializing in compliance law. I currently serve as a legal counsel in the public sector in Hungary (EU), where I also hold the position of integrity consultant. My current research and thesis focus specifically on the data protection compliance dilemmas of digital legacy, analyzing and comparing the regulatory frameworks of the U.S. and EU markets.
I focus on one problem: what happens to your money, accounts, and online business if something happens to you?
With a legal background in compliance and digital asset regulation, I research how platform rules, user settings and legal system interact – and why access often fails when it matter most. This platforms simplifies that complexity into clear, practical steps.
I am not a U.S. licensed attorney, and this is not legal advice.
My work focused on education – helping you understand risks and take action before it’s too late.

My mission for the U.S. Market
Digital assets don’t transfer automatically. Access depends on three things: platform rules, your settings and legal instructions.
If one missing, everything can be lost forever.
My goal is simple:

Make sure your family can actually access them.

Turn a complex legal problem into clear, actionable steps.
